We will plan on having a second meeting for those who couldn’t make the first due to illness, vacation, business or other reasons.  This chapter belongs to you, so let me know where and when we could like to meet.  We have a brother who works for State Street that I will be contacting regarding a meeting location in one of their properties in Boston.  In addition, we want to get a time that is good for everyone, so please advise if weekend daytime or weekday  nights are better, and what time would be good for either.  (I’m guessing that maybe a Sunday, 4 PM meeting would be good, or 6 PM weekday.  Again, give me some feedback and we’ll go with majority rules.

We will be having our meeting at Goodtime Emporium in Somerville, MA, which is just outside Boston off of Route 93. If you need directions, feel free to ask and I will give you the easiest directions based on your starting point. I think that a 7 PM start is good in that it will result in the greatest number of brothers to have time to get there after work. There is food there (and reasonably priced), a bar, 20- 12′ TV screens, video games, indoor racing track, laser tag, something for everyone. And there is plenty of table space, so I will cordone off an area for us.

Please contact any brothers who you know in the area and let them know. I am going to try to get postcards out to those brothers on my snail mail list who have not responded with email addresses. If you know of someone who is not on the list of email addresses above, please have them send an email (bianchst at bc dot edu) to me so I can add them. Thank you for your patience in this process. It has been time consuming trying to get this off the ground, but hopefully with some help from brothers who are offering it.
